With over 15 years of experience in education, I have had the opportunity to set up the framework for working at an interpersonal and administrative level. Through this journey, I have been able to serve in several leadership capacities and made it my goal to dismantle the “school-to-prison pipeline” and give African- American students the education that they deserve.
